Privacy notice
Short and plain, because there is not much to say. We collect very little and we keep it for as long as we need it.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. That is all.
Why we collect it
We use these details to read your request and answer it. If you asked for a buyer map, we use them to write it and send it to you. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to a list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of what was said, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
The people at Booked Collective who handle your request, and the service that hosts this site and passes the form to us. We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for their own use.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The fonts on these pages load from a public font service, which receives the ordinary technical details any web request carries.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request through the form on our contact page, or reply to any message we have sent you. We will do it and confirm when it is done. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
